Q. I HAVE RECEIVED MY NSW GOVERNMENT BACK-TO-SCHOOL VOUCHERS. HOW DO I USE THESE TO PURCHASE UNIFORMS?

Ans. Daylight Sportswear is a registered business of the NSW Government Back to School initiative. Simply head into your child’s school Uniform Shop and present your voucher/s when making your purchase in-store. Please note that REFUNDS can not be issued on purchases paid via the NSW Government Back to School initiative program. Also please note that when using your vouchers, you must use the entire $50 per voucher as these vouchers are not redeemable for cash. E.g., your purchase is only $38.00, you will forfeit the difference of $12.00, we therefore suggest you purchase another item and then pay the difference to ensure your voucher is used in its entirety.

Q. CAN I COME INTO YOUR HEAD OFFICE AT SMEATON GRANGE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE IF I CAN’T GET TO MY CHILD’S SCHOOL?

Ans. Unfortunately our office in Smeaton Grange is NOT open to the public. We are not set up for parents/children to enter the premises to try on/purchase uniforms. Our office is purely a Warehouse set up and we do not have uniforms on display or readily available to try on.

Q. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR HEAD OFFICE AT SMEATON GRANGE?

Ans. Unfortunately, NO, all orders are to be collected from your child’s school. When placing your orders online, the school Uniform Shop is notified and the uniform is picked from their stock and packaged up for you. You will receive a text or email to advise you when your order is “ready for collection” from the Uniform Shop.

Q. I WANT TO DONATE MY SECOND-HAND UNIFORMS, WHAT DO I DO?

Ans. Please contact your school uniform shop for further information..

Q. I WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER AT THE UNIFORM SHOP. WHAT DO I DO?

Ans. THAT'S GREAT! We really appreciate all & any volunteer help in the uniform shop.  Email us at daylight@daylightcorp.com with your name, email address & contact phone number and let us know any dates that you are or are not unavailable, and we will roster you on in the next term. We provide a $20 uniform shop voucher for every hour you help us in the shop! Extra staff in our Uniform Shops are mainly required during the busy “back to school” period in December / January each year.
